| Rainbow Beach is an emerging, small coastal community located on an unspoilt sandy shoreline sweeping along the northern side of Double Island Point, and nestled just below the southern tip of World Heritage listed Fraser Island. The township sits on a north-facing beach, 60km north of Noosa Heads along the famous Noosa Northshore and is bounded by the extensive Cooloola National Park to the south.
Rainbow Beach is accessible by car with a two-and-a-half hour drive from Brisbane, or by air with a scenic 25 minute connecting flight from Noosa or a connecting flight from Brisbane or Maroochydore. The town is also easily accessed to the regional centres of Gympie to the west, and Maryborough and Bundaberg to the north.
“Plantation at Rainbow” is situated on a visually high profile corner site of almost two acres right on the main beach access, at the northern end of the small commercial hub of the town. The location is prime and unique and will facilitate relaxed beachside living in a style that suits this superb position.
